When the semester first started, I was stupid excited. English is my favorite subject and I thoroughly enjoy writing. I chose this picture because this is how I felt when English began.

As the semester continued I often found myself bored. I didn't want to just talk about writing or learn how to write better, I just wanted to write! This often led to me skipping classes but, luckily I was able to get myself back on the routine of going to class.

During the course of the semester I began to stress a lot. Not necessarily about just my english class, but the weight of 12 credits, part time job and a social life, began to impact my levels of stress. What I did to surpass this was to make sure I stayed ahead in class. If I had an assignment due in a week, I would work on it an hour every day to ensure I wasn't going to be overwhelmed by the assignment.

As the semester comes to an end, I am extremely relaxed and relieved. I have worked so hard this semester and still came out on top. I thoroughly enjoyed this past semester of school and I can't wait until the next!
